In my Leadership Development work with Diana Cale Kennedy, we use an app where we send videos back and forth as often as I want. She is often driving while also validating and encouraging me on video.  I am frequently sitting up in bed late at night or at 4am, telling her what I am grappling with in that very moment. Diana makes sure to send me separate videos addressing each issue, moving me forward little by little. She asked recently if this video communication format was working for me. “Yes!” I shouted in my video response. “It is a revelation! I can tell you what I am feeling when I am feeling it!
